Talk-show host Jerry Springer, who recently played a limited run in the London cast of Kander and Ebb’s Chicago, will join the cast of that show’s national tour in Atlanta this September.

The tour of the Tony-winning revival will play Atlanta’s Fabulous Fox Theatre Sept. 8-13. Springer will play slick lawyer Billy Flynn.

In a statement Christopher B. Manos, producer of Theater of the Stars, said,

“Gone are the days of pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey and pizza parties – it’s time to supersize! Spoiled and excess meet their match when these moms pull out all the stops to throw the best party ever for their little darlings”.  

This hit international reality show is looking for dynamic moms planning a fabulous party for their kid (toddler or adult) in August 2009. We want moms who are larger-than-life and have high expectations with a “my way or the highway” attitude. Successful candidates will also receive $1,000 cash honorarium for their participation.

Open Casting Call for Warner Brothers feature film Sex and The City 2 in New York

Casting Directors for the upcoming feature film Sex and The City 2 are holding an open casting call for both union and non-union extras in New York to appear in the film. Principal actor casting is also currently taking place. Shooting begins September, 2009. The release date is scheduled for May 18, 2009. 

You remember Paul Reubens, right? Actually, you probably know the scandalized star as Pee-wee Herman.

The eclectic television character was the star of the 80’s hit, The Pee-wee Herman Show, which was followed up by the film, Pee-wee’s Big Adventure. And then there was the indecent exposure scandal in 1991 that tarnished Pee-wee’s image.

Now the man that made a such a strange impact on 80’s pop culture has resurfaced once again, but

I am typing this post after having a pretty stressful day.  I am usually refered to as optimistic, inspirational, funny, full of life, always smiling, and the one person on the face of the earth that will NEVER GIVE UP.  Well, I first want to thank everyone who says these amazing things about me. Second, I am human just like everyone else and have bad days.  Today was kindof weird because it was on the surface a really good day. But for some reason I’ve just been a little in the Funk lately mentally and emotionally.  I then stumbled across a good story from one of my favorite books of all times, The Secret.

I have several amazing extremely TRUE stories about how this book affected my life, my career, my wallet, and my soul within one week of reading it and I will share that on another blog.  Since this particular story that I’m attaching hit me this evening, I wanted to share it with you. Especially if you are striving for a dream!  If I have to die trying, I make it my life project to be that ONE person that will support, encourage, uplift, inspire, and push YOU to DREAM YOUR DREAMS!.  Read this great story from another regular person who Believes!!!!

I had the hardest year I could imagine. My mom was very sick and almost died on us. She was in and out the hospital. The relationship I was in for the past 7 years got worse and worse, there was no trust, and I stood it in fear of being alone. I got to my lowest point where I lost it all – I lost my great job, my health wasn’t in good shape, and then my boyfriend of 7 years kicked me out the apartment and I had no cent to my name. Lucky for me that I had a great family to stand by my side and get me through my struggles.

I had read The Secret before, but had totally forgotten about it until at my mom’s place my sister thanked me for lending it to her, and we started talking about it. I realized that I had to stop all the doubt and fear and totally change my way of thinking, but most importantly, I had to BELIEVE.

I read The Secret every night and wrote my wishes. I started meditating as well as reading the book every night, and me and my sister even went and got the DVD. And I BELIEVED… I never lost faith.

2 months after being at my lowest I got a freelance job, then I got offered a full time job at my previous company, then my ex told me he was moving out and even offered me the apartment we lived in! In about 3 months I was working full time, with my own apartment. And I started talking to a friend who I hadn’t spoken to in a while, one thing led to another, and I realized that true love does exist…

As hard as life gets, as sad as you are, and when you feel like you can’t go on any longer, don’t ever lose hope. There’s always a light shining on you, and the belief that things will change. Just hold on and don’t lose hope! You can have anything you imagine if you just BELIEVE!!!
